Stewarts Pond Camp Policies

• 32' MAXIMUM TRAILER LENGTH! Call ahead if you have a question. No equipment larger than a pop-up is permitted at the waterfront sites, as the road there is steep, winding, and narrow.There is NO electricity at the waterfront sites at the present time!
• DOGS ARE ALLOWED, but ONLY WITH UP TO DATE COPY OF RABIES VACCINE, and LEASHED AT ALL TIMES! Dogs are NOT allowed at the camp beach or in bathrooms!
• This is a family campground. NOTE: ALL SINGLES GROUPS MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YRS. OLD WITH PHOTO I.D.(unless you are a chaperoned group like Scouts, 4H, church youth group, etc.). The management reserves the right to ask anyone who refuses to comply with our policy to leave the premises!
• QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 11:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m!! All campfires must be LOWERED AT 11:00 p.m, and OUT BY MIDNIGHT!! The management will be making REGULAR CHECKS of the campground throughout the evening. Please DO NOT MAKE YOUR FIRE TOO LARGE, as we are concerned about the SAFETY of the campers, and PROTECTION of our forest!! If you do NOT comply , you could be asked TO LEAVE THE PREMISES!
• ALL guests MUST REGISTER AT THE CAMP OFFICE FIRST, and pay their visitor fee before visiting friends and relatives.(See "Rates" Page) It is very important that we know who is in our facility at all times in case of emergency.
• NOTE: You can only have up to 8 people on a site at a time, unless special permission is given by camp staff! Only 2 cars may be parked at each site. Your guests may park at bath houses, near Rec Hall, or in field near office. There must be no blocking of roads!
• A REFUNDABLE $100.00 security/cleaning deposit is now required to rent the cottage, and the 2 trailers. When your stay is over, we will check the unit, and your deposit will be returned if the unit is left in satisfactory condition.
• E-mail us to ask about seasonal status,and prices.Our full hook-ups for trailers 30' - 32' are limited, but we can accommodate families with tents, pop-ups, and possibly small trailers (depending on type of hook-up wanted).
• CHECK OUT TIME IS NOON---CHECK IN TIME IS 1:00.
