General Information

• You can now use our new SECURE on-line Reservation System to reserve sites by credit card without a phone call! (YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANYTHING ON YOUR CARD. IT IS JUST TO HOLD THE SITE. YOU CAN PAY WHEN YOU ARRIVE..)Or you can make your deposit by check or money order payable to "Stewarts Pond Campsites", at 4405 South Shore Rd.,Hadley, NY, 12835. Just follow the instructions on our "Reservation Request Page" to check availability, ask any questions about the camp, and to reserve and hold sites.(NOTE: LARGER GROUPS MUST MAKE INDIVIDUAL FAMILY RESERVATIONS. WE CANNOT HOLD MORE THAN 2 SITES UNDER ONE NAME). If you must cancel, you MUST call 518-696-2779 after 10 A.M.(or e-mail) AT LEAST 24 HRS. in advance, and you will NOT be charged. If we do NOT receive an e-mail, phone message, or phone call to cancel, we WILL be charging your credit card the amount of ONE night's stay, and we will notify you of that, and send a receipt to you.
• We can only accommodate trailers UP TO 34 FEET in length..and we have VERY LIMITED Large sites with full hook ups--water,sewer, and 30 AMP electric (120 v).(A few of our sites have just water and electric). WE HAVE WI-FI INTERNET NOW, with outlets near our store/office to charge laptops. We do NOT have cable. Electric outlets are available in the Rec Hall to charge larger batteries.
• You are welcome to collect fire wood around the camp at this time for free. We also have bundles of firewood for sale at the store. Soft wood is $3.50, and hard wood is $4.50 a bundle.
• We have a large 2 bedroom rental cottage that sleeps up to 6 people. See "Rentals" Page". It is the only rental unit we have.
• WE OPEN 5/26/12 MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND AND CLOSE FOR THE SEASON 9/4/12.
